　　一、招聘条件Qualifications：

　　This position is open to all SNA students who have not graduated yet.You just need to be positive, energetic, to love reading and be willing to gain some professional experience.This is a great opportunity to strengthenand develop your sense of responsibility.

　　二、招聘信息Recruitment Information：

　　1、岗位post：

　　“学生馆长"（2-3名）Student Librarians (2 to 3 positions)

　　2、岗位职责Job responsibilities：

　　在指导老师的支持下

　　Undertake the tasks described hereafter under the guidance and with the support of your Supervisor: 

　　利用课余时间协助图书馆老师完成日常管理工作，包括图书借还，图书上架及理架等；

　　A. Assist in the daily management of the library during extracurricular time. This includeslending books, and putting and arranging them on shelves;

　　协助制定并执行年度图书馆读者活动和悦读服务推广的战略规划；

　　B. Help to developreading activitiesduring the year and promoteour Happy Reading service; 

　　配合图书馆整体高效地完成阅览室工作。

　　C. Work together to efficiently complete all work in the reading roomsof the library.

　　其他工作

　　D．Carry out other library related tasks.

　　3、工作时间Working hours：

　　（轮岗）周一至周五12:15-12:45,17:00-18:30

　　（Work shift ）Mon-Fri12:15-12:45,17:00-18:30

　　三、报名方式Method for registration：

　　即刻起至11月14日17:00时，请至各班班长处填写报名资料。

　　On November 14th, at 5:00PM,don’t forget to fill in all registration information and give it to each class monitor.

　　四、招聘流程Recruitment process：

　　1、招聘说明会：时间：11月15日，12:20-12:40，地点：图书馆

　　Job information: time: November 15th, 12:20-12:40, location: Library  

　　2、面试：时间：11月16日，17:30-18:30，地点：图书馆

　　Interview time and date: November 16th, 17:30-18:30, location: Library

　　3、学生馆长岗前培训：11月17日，12:15-12:45，地点：图书馆

　　Pre-job training for successful Students: November 17th, 12:15-12:45, location: Library

　　4、学生馆长正式上岗：11月21日

　　Student Librariansstart date: November 21st  

　　五、学生馆长权益The interests of studentLibrarians：

　　1、值班期间，图书馆提供工作晚餐一顿。

　　Meals will be providedduring shifts.

　　2、累计服务时长达85小时，且工作表现良好，由图书馆颁发志愿者证书一份。

　　You will gain a certificate after a cumulative hours of service of 85 hours, and a good work performance.
